HR Executive, Dubai

What you will do as HR Executive

• Run end-to-end hiring: role briefs, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, visas and documentation with the PRO and finance teams.
• Keep HR records, leave and attendance accurate and compliant with UAE labour law.
• Run performance reviews and training plans with team leads.
• Look after the floor: culture, wellbeing and fair, quick resolution of issues.

What you bring

• Two to five years in an HR generalist or HR executive role, ideally in the UAE.
• Working knowledge of UAE labour law and the hiring and visa process.
• Excellent English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
• Calm judgement, discretion and strong organisation.
• Based in the UAE or able to relocate to Dubai.
