HR Intern, Dubai

The seat we call People Apprentice. You learn the people craft from the inside: screening hundreds of CVs, scheduling, first interviews and onboarding. A working education in how strong teams are built.

What you will do as HR Intern

• Screen incoming CVs against role briefs and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed.
• Help run first-round screening calls.
• Prepare onboarding packs and keep employee files in order.
• Support HR reporting and simple people analytics.

What you bring

• A recent graduate or final-year student in HR, business or psychology.
• Strong English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
• Organised, discreet and quick with spreadsheets and email.
• Available full time in Dubai for six months.
